These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ravands Private Rides LLC (“Ravands Private Rides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ride reservations, dispatch and transportation services, our website(s), and our text/SMS/MMS messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”). By booking a ride, using our website, or opting into our messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account or booking.


2) Bookings, Rates & Payments

  • Quotes & rates. Prices are provided at booking and may include or exclude taxes, tolls, airport fees, parking, fuel surcharges, and gratuity. If not included, these may be added to the final charge.
  • Payment. A valid payment method is required at booking. You authorize us to place a hold and to charge your payment method for the total due, including overtime, wait time, incidentals, damage/cleaning, and no-show/cancellation fees per these Terms.
  • Changes. Changes to pickup time, route, or vehicle class are subject to availability and may change your rate.
  • Affiliates. We may use vetted partner carriers/drivers to fulfill your trip at the quoted service level.

3) Cancellations, No-Shows & Wait Time

  • Cancellations. Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, point-to-point and airport transfers canceled within 2 hours of pickup may incur up to 100% of the fare; hourly/charter bookings canceled within 24 hours may incur up to 100% of the minimum hours reserved. Special events/large vehicles may carry longer windows.
  • No-shows. If the passenger or contact cannot be located and does not respond within a reasonable period after the scheduled pickup time (typically 15 minutes for point-to-point; 30 minutes for airport after plane arrival for domestic, 60 minutes for international unless otherwise stated), the ride may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
  • Wait time. After a 15-minute grace period for standard point-to-point pickups (airport exceptions above), wait time may accrue in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

4) Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Seatbelts required. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in vehicles.
  • Alcohol. Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legal and by passengers of legal drinking age.
  • Pets. Small pets in carriers are generally allowed; service animals are welcome as required by law. Please notify us in advance.
  • Unruly behavior. We may refuse or terminate service if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive, without refund.
  • Luggage. Capacity limits apply; we are not responsible for items that cannot be safely stowed.

5) Damage, Cleaning & Lost Items

  • Damage/cleaning. You are responsible for damage and extraordinary cleaning (e.g., spills or biohazards) caused by you or your party, billed at actual cost (typical biohazard detailing fee up to $250+) plus downtime if applicable.
  • Lost items. We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items but will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.

6) Service Limitations, Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to be on time but cannot guarantee arrival or travel times. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, public emergencies, or acts of God. In such cases we may, at our discretion, provide substitute transportation or reschedule.


7) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website). It explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.


8) SMS/MMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

We use text messages for operational updates and, if you opt in, marketing.

  • Program description.
    • Transactional: booking confirmations, driver/vehicle details, ETA updates, receipts, support.
    • Promotional (optional): offers and announcements, only with your opt-in.
  • Opt-in. You may opt in via online forms/checkboxes, by providing your number and consenting during a call or chat, or by texting an opt-in keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-out. Reply STOP to end texts. Reply HELP for help or contact (615) 697-6641 / info@ravandsprivaterides.com.
  • Frequency & fees. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
  • Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy & sharing. We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Compliance. We follow CTIA/carrier rules and honor opt-out requests promptly. Misuse or prohibited content is not allowed.

9) Website Use; Intellectual Property

Our websites and their content are owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or use automated means (scrapers/bots) without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site or introduce malware.


10) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss/corruption of data.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the ride giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.


11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ravands Private Rides, our affiliates, and our drivers harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your negligence or willful misconduct.


12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Venue. Courts in Davidson County, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration & Class Waiver (optional—include if desired): Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. (If you include arbitration, ensure your published version names the administering forum and rules.)


13) Third-Party Services

The Services may reference third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, booking widgets, maps, SMS providers). We are not responsible for third-party terms or privacy practices.


14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated as appropriate. Your continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
